Waiting on redemption payout since 9/14 it’s well over two months now. It’s buried in the TOS that it could take up to 90 days. I contact support on a weekly basis asking for updates, they say “we are passsing this along to our redemption team.” Then do absolutely nothing about it.

Opaque and incredibly lengthy verification processes. I’ve been trying to withdraw winnings for 24 days. In my personal opinion, the withdrawal process feels designed to prevent customers accessing their money.
