Once you are verified it is easy to withdrawal money, Every single person who I talked to on the phone or chat was always nice, helpful, polite, and easy to talk to. There are rules like: do not sign up multiple time with different info and claim promotions... that will disqualify you from withdrawing money you might win on a promotion that you already claimed. That is fair. I see lots of people saying negative things but winning on a promotion you falsely claimed sucks because that's what happens. Also if you win a lot of money make sure you don't claim free offers unless you have less than a dollar in your account. Every promotion has rules and you don't want to lose money you won on a promotion already by claiming another promotion. I did that and was lucky that I didn't win anything on a promotion where the cash out limit was only $100. The staff informed me of this rule and explained how it works and I didn't lose any of the $12,000 I had won on a previous bonus. This casino is good and legit.
