Waiting on redemption payout since 9/14 it’s well over two months now. It’s buried in the TOS that it could take up to 90 days. I contact support on a weekly basis asking for updates, they say “we are passsing this along to our redemption team.” Then do absolutely nothing about it.

i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!
