i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!

I saw the other people say they don’t win, but I win almost everyday and cash out. I don’t try to win a lot, I try to average $50-$100 per day. I do use a strategy to build up winnings and play higher stakes games without actually putting much if any of my own money into the game. It takes some time but does work out for the most part.
